\nWhat happens if K‑9 Enrichment Hub cancels a session?
\nIf we need to cancel (for example, due to severe weather, instructor illness or safety concerns), we will offer you either a full refund or a transfer to another date, depending on your preference.
\n
\n
\nCan I transfer my booking to someone else?
\nIn some cases, yes. You must contact us in advance with the new handler’s details so we can confirm suitability and safety. We may refuse a transfer if it is not in the best welfare interests of the dog.

\nWhat if my dog is unwell on the day of the session?
\nPlease do not bring an unwell dog to a session. Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. We will follow the guidelines on our Policies & Welfare page to decide whether we can reschedule or credit your booking.
